Denver Insurance Lawyer
Have you recently had your claim denied by an insurance company?
Did you know that the majority of health insurance policies are now group policies obtained through a person's employer and that these policies are governed by a very complicated federal law, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA") and that only an attorney that has a lot of experience with this law should be handling these type of cases?
My name is Richard Crane and I’ve been a Denver insurance lawyer for over 25 years. I have extensive experience handling ERISA cases and I’ve obtained hundreds of thousands of dollars in insurance company settlements or jury awards during my years in practice. I’m a sympathetic legal representative who works to help hard-working, honest, unsuspecting people from being taken advantage of by uncaring insurance companies.
I’ve helped people who have been wronged by the denial of coverage associated with:
- Automobile insurance claims
- Homeowner's insurance claims (damaged and/or stolen property, fire, etc.)
- Health insurance claims
- Disability insurance claims
Some of these people were afraid to contact an insurance lawyer because they didn’t think they had a right to compensation.
Some were intimidated by the process and had bad experiences in the past with other lawyers.
Others received low offers from the insurance companies but were hesitant to contact a lawyer for advice because they figured the lawyer would only take part of the low offer.
Why do you think insurance companies try to get injured people to settle their claims without legal assistance from a competent Metro Denver attorney?
Because they can pay less than they should!
If you’ve had a claim denied, or need help taking on an insurance company, don’t waste any time. Contact me today. I’m an experienced Denver insurance lawyer who can help you fight for what is rightfully yours. Every day you wait, the insurance companies gain the upper hand.
I help people wage a strong fight for what is rightfully theirs and in most cases I work off of a contingency fee so that my clients only pay if we win and recover a monetary award.
"Thanks to everything Rick Crane did on my case...and because of all his hard work...I'm going to be able to buy my own house."
